Between 2011 and 2015, Manuel Schuster advised the most important German partners as an account manager at McAfee.
His task:

He noticed again and again that companies were not using nearly all modern options to reliably protect their sensitive data and processes.
Enabling companies to get maximum security for their data and processes fascinated him so much that he began to display the necessary expertise and gain even more practical experience.
His development did not go unnoticed and so in 2015 he was recruited by Bohnen IT, where, as a consultant to the Managed Security Service Provider, he got to know further facets of information security — from a system house perspective. There he recognized the opportunities for IT service providers who expand their offerings with a solid information security concept.
That is exactly what he did one year later as a Business Development Manager at Innovate SYSTEMS, where he spent two years building up a new business area based on 8MAN authorization management, which still exists today.
After 8MAN was bought by Solarwinds in 2018 and Manuel Schuster set up another business segment — this time with PAM — at Osirium, he founded GVD-IT. Since then, GVD-IT has been supporting ambitious IT service providers such as comcrypto in setting up new, lucrative business areas.
This was followed by certificates for ISO 27001 and CISIS12, from which medium-sized companies such as troy or customers of the vbw housing industry directly benefit when developing a solid ISMS.
